Do I need an account?

No. Ardenta works the moment you open it — no sign-up, no login, offline-first. Choose a language, set a quick goal, and you're in.

Is my data really private?

Yes. There are no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers. Your AI coach and plans run on-device, and your logs live on your phone and your own private iCloud. The one optional cloud feature is Enhanced AI — on by default, it sends the meals and activity photos you log to Google (Gemini) for a sharper estimate, and you can turn it off in Settings → AI Analysis.

Does the AI need an internet connection?

Mostly no. Workout and meal plans and the coach run on-device with Apple Intelligence, so they work offline. Food photo and text logging use Enhanced AI, which is cloud-powered by default for accuracy (with an on-device fallback) — you can switch it off in Settings → AI Analysis. Optional iCloud sync uses your own private iCloud.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Mac. iCloud keeps your plan, nutrition, and progress in step across all of them.

Do I need Apple Health?

It's optional. Connect Apple Health for live activity, heart-rate, and sleep metrics; otherwise Ardenta shows clearly-labeled sample data and still works fully.

Is there a free version?

Yes. Core tracking, logging, manual plans, and your dashboard are free. Premium adds AI plan generation, food-photo recognition, advanced analytics, Watch sync, widgets, and more.

What languages does it support?

English and Thai (ไทย), with more of the experience localized over time.
